This is the mistake layer of Ashley's b-day cake in September 2001.  I didn't want it to go to waste, so I fixed it up with buttercream icing and fondant bow and ribbon and took it to work with me.  There's a picture of my boss, Thom Hume (of Thom Hume Consulting Engineers) and the architect that works next door.  This cake is dark chocolate with orange coconut cream filling.
