This is another test cake I did for Candice & Dave's wedding coming up in June 2002.  It's still tiramisu cake, but I found a scrumptious recipe for white chocolate cream cheese icing and it is like tasting heaven.  I just had to try it out, as well as another design idea I had for their cake.
